Need price advice.....

Looking at a 2002 3500 SLT extended cab, 6 speed cummins, 166k on the clock. Do the 6 speeds have the HO engine?

Cloth interior, power options, nice sheet metal, goose neck, spray on bedliner, block heater, towing mirrors and looks very clean.

Dealer is asking $9400. I really dont have any idea on a fair asking price on these trucks nowadays. Is it worth it? What a good offer? By the way this truck is intended as my daily driver.

I have not looked at the truck personally, so any tips and suggestions is greatly appreciated. What sort of things I should look for when I go see the truck?? Please advise and thank you in advance.

The 02 six speeds were rated at 245 and 505. Yes, they were the HO's. Is this truck 4x4?

I just bought a 01 set up the same way with 144K on the od. Paid 8k from a personal party. With the dealer markup 9k to 9500 is about right and if it is
4X4 it is a bargin...

Brought her home......

It's a 4x4 truck. Bought the truck for $10k out the door. Truck has 166k on the clock and the injector pump was replaced at around 100k miles per service history from Chrysler. However it would need tires in the next year or so. What's the biggest size tires that will fit without any lift and wheel spacers? Thx.
