Hi All
I'm helping a friend try and get a 96(build date 10-95) IHC 8200 running after sitting for 18 months or so. There are no lights on the dash and it won't start unless I hot wire the fuel soleniod. With it hot wired I can start it(warn engine light on) and even pull codes(241 VSS is the only one). What I think is happening is I'm back feeding the ECM with 12v so I'm guessing I have a power problem going to the ECM. Has anyone seen this or have a pinout for the ECM or know where I can get one? Thanks.

Look to the rear of the engine, near where the fuel return line comes out. There should be a maxi-fuse inline back there, that is the main power for your ECM.
If not there, you may find it in the battery box. When you see the warning display light up, you know you're on the right track
