Im more than happy with the truck. the trans has left some things to be desired, but its on its third rebuild so Im hoping the issues have been taken care of.

The rest of the truck has been absolutely FLAWLESS!!! And when I put the pedal down, its all smiles here

Mine have been good for the most part. Had a power steering pump fail at about 10K on my dually and have replaced the grab handles on both trucks drivers side. Nothing major to gripe about though.

My truck is all good!! 108K miles. I have upgraded some things on it but it has never left me stranded, thus far.

6 years and 75k miles. Always started right up, never left me stranded by the side of the road, zero down time except for normal maintenance and wear items, has always pulled whatever I needed to pull. That's why I'm SOHappy.

78,000 miles and no problems. My buddy and his Duramax has had a water pump fail and injector harness issues with similar mileage on his 2004.

cant complain...2nd owner, and other than normal wear and items that you expect to fail around certain miles...(like my the trucks first set of rotors, starting to get little cracks 140k) it has never given me a problem..

SHE doesnt leak a drop...

SHE has NEVER failed to start...

SHE pulls what I need her to...

SHE RATTLES LIKE A REAL DIESEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NCA

PS..now I wish I didnt have a bug in me...telling me to sell her and get a LONGBED!!!!!

i was about 45 minutes from my house at one o clock in the morning in the middle of nowere and my lift pump died. i somehow got the motor running and limped it all the way home. no damage to the vp44 and no problems since. love this thing. oh and i dont recommend trying that.

6 years, 98K miles, no problems other than ball joints / u-joints. Still on the original fuel pump, injectors and disk brakes!

Both trucks have been trouble free. 54K on the 2005 and 47K on the 2007. They are without a doubt the best trucks I have ever owned. Ed B
