Hello folks, my grandfather has recently passed and left me his truck to sell but I am unsure of its value. My grandmother could really use the money from it so I would like to find it a new home really soon. I will tell you all a little about the truck unfortunately I don't have any picutres but maybe my description will be enough.<br><br>The truck is a 99 SLT with no leather but every other option. It has the cummins with an automatic transmission. The truck is a 2500 4X4 extended cab and has an ARE or Leer cap on it that matches the trucks metallic redish/maroon color. Still on factory rims with new rubber last fall I believe they are cooper ties on it. He has run a diablo power puck from the first month of owning it and has had zero problems. It has only done light work and has never been abused. I would rate the overall truck a 9.5/10 its in great condition and runs perfectly. Sorry to hear about your loss. I am bad at giving prices or values. I am sure it was well maintained. Depending on miles, I would say<br>its worth 25,000 or so. I may be wrong, but it starts the ball rolling. :

This way you can get an idea of what you should be able to get from your vehicle in your area as the price may differ depending on your location. Thanks guys its appreciated. As for the price of 25k was that Canadian cause thats what I was thinking it was worth canadian. Checked at kbb and they say about $19,900 US so about 26000 CDN thats pretty good. Think that will be the price then 25,000.

Jamie, <br><br>Sorry about your grandfather.<br><br>If I speced it out right, KBB say it is around $18,500 - $19,600 for SE Virginia (that was using 50K for the milage).<br><br>Not sure what the exchange rate is.<br><br>

 

I got about 19,900 with the specs on the KBB site so Im pretty happy with that I am thinking of buying it and race it.
