In my books, a kill is a kill....who ever was quicker wins and killed the loser.....I don't care if you lined up with a scooter or a lawn tractor. If the offer to race was accepted by the challenger, you have a race......it doesn't have anything to do with weather you think the race may or may not be fair! Kcastun, mark yourself down for one dead Cavalier!

A kill's a kill...
Let's say you shoot an insurgent with a .22 cal pistol. He's dead. Let's say you shoot an insurgent with a .50 caliber sniper rifle. He's dead. Let's say you shoot an insurgent with the gun dealer's .50 caliber sniper rifle while you were test firing it. He's dead.
Either way the insurgent's dead ... a kill. I say, let'em have his kill. I don't get too many kills with a 6-speed truck, even with 275's and an EZ, I'd take a Cavalier if I could get it.

I witnessed a Cav here with nitrous one night...ZIIIIIIING POP I would guess he broke his trans axle.
It was a nice sound to me. I was behind the car he was racing.

I found out some info about my victom tonight , it is the cousin of a girl i dated in college , and am friends with now. She was telling me tonight about how her cousins car got it's butt handed to it by a noisy truck last night...
I'm definetly putting this one down as my first kill. Wish i had gotten it on video so i could show the dealership man.

Talk about icing on the cake , i was the kille last night , i got stomped by a 3rd gen while driving my *looks around* sunflower (aka sunfire), i didn't know we were racing until we left the lights and he was gone like a bat from a really hot place, no chance on earth of me catching up , because i tried.

I don't really like all the ricer-bashing on this board
Most are POS's that couldn't get out of their own way, but there are many that can _MOVE_. My little 4-door import ran 12.4's all day long on 93 octane, plus got great mileage, even though the ergonomics were less than desirable. I've worked on a few cars, one of them being a cavalier that we put a turbo into. I've seen videos on the internet of, get this, an 11-second saturn that looks completely stock, and keeps handing a ws6's hindside back to him.

Oh hush john. Just cause a saturn runs 11's doesn't mean it's not a ricer. It sounds like crud, it looks like crud, and it's still a 4 banger. Now, a supra, RX7, Lancer, those are imports. Anything else is just a ricer. And besides, nobody listens to you. So go and play with your wimpy little third gen and leave the ricer bashing to the real men.
kcastun, congrats on your first kill. I took down an eclipse the other night towing our 2-3klb work trailer with about 200lbs of stuff in the bed. We were just cruising along and he suddenly punched it to try and get ahead of me (I guess my turbo and exhaust were just to loud for him ). Now being the person I am, I couldn't let this guy do that without putting up some sort of fight so I stand on it. Boy was that guy ****** when he couldn't pass me.
