More boost?

If you have a 1'st gen truck (please fill out your sig) then you can adjust the VE pump with these instructions. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...n&onlynewfaq=1
If you have a different pump you can either get a different pin or a computer chip depending on what you have. More fuel = more boost up to a point where your EGT's go to high then you need more turbo.
Also you can put on a BHAF or a K&N air filter to get a little more air. If you have one of the doggy 18 or 21 cm Turbo housings, you can change it to a 16 cm or a 12 cm with a wastegate for more boost.
