I know there is a conversion company in Cincinnati Ohio that does long bed conversions on them. A guy near me has one he pulls his pulling truck with, i'll see if i can catch a pic of it.

I can't afford one, but how well does it ride? Kinda rough like the SWB most of us own. Or is it smoother cause of the longer frame?

The only time you know you are in a 3500 dually with my truck is on the roads I drive on locally. Otherwise its smoooooth. I also put air bags on it for towing...real nice ride.
Our roads here are terrible. Heaves, dips, cracks and holes.
Once I am on the highway, its smooooooth sailing.
