Longbed Mega plans are back!

Ok so CD in NM emailed me last night about a company in Utah that is offering a kit for the DIYer to do the longbed. Called the company this morning and the kit comes with the following

frame extension rails
front spring mounts
brake line extension hardware
e-brake extension hardware

$1400 plus shipping (he said avg shipping was $100)

Called my fabricator and he is ready to cut the bucket in half. Waiting on tax money and going to git r dun. Already have the bed and its black so all I need is to stretch the drive shaft. I will do all the wiring and brake lines. Should be in it for under $1700 total. Fabricator is doing it for free since I have done a lot for his company trucks. I CAN'T WAIT!

Yes, there are quite a few long bed mega's in this area, see them all time. I want to see a mega with an 8' skirted flat bed.

Cant wait to see it stretched. It'll look awesome.

The guy in the video who had his Blue mega stretched has a $60k sled.

that sled caught my eyes too. I have been looking at the new Skidoo FreeRide then turbo!

i know totally off topic but a longbed mega with a sled deck and a killer mountain sled is flat out sexy

The E-Tec motor is tough, slap a Garret turbo on it and you better strap your hands to the grips. Where are you going to ride in NM anyways?

Heres a build video of the above mentioned sled.
