if it gunna be a track only truck, you could fill the water jackets most of the way up will steel or cast ( leave some room for some water cooling) then bore out and sleeve it, then bore the sleeve out. But it would be easier to just get a 6bt!!!

 

I've thought about doing a top end rebuild with forged studs, boring, and bigger pistons, with stage 3s from rosewood along with MAYBE a compound turbo set up.
