Making smoke by using a switch

I had a sales man tell me that a friend of his has a switch for making smoke. He said he could be at idle and switch it on and leave lot of smoke or take off and you can not see the truck. Now he did not say it was white or black smoke. Any way is there some thing out there like this to in stall on a 600 cummins? It would be nice to have a sitch to make a lot of smoke a idle.
