I was on their site the other day and noticed that they have stopped touting that their products won't void your warranty. It used to be all over the site, but it is not there anymore, I guess now that the diesel performance market is so large the dealers are less likely to look the other way as was once the case.

 

I have to say that Banks techs and sales people have been very polite with me. I bought it because it was "safe" power. It has done what it claimed and I've been happy with it. That beeing said I would probably go with the Smarty now, if I was starting over. However I have had no bad experiences with Bank's products or people. I like speed (and smoking ricers) and I primarily use my CTD as a daily commuter. I'm not reired.
