Leaky injector pump on White multifuel engine?

I recently bought a 1973 "Deuce and a Half" M35A2 6x6 truck... in the process of fixing it up now. Its a great truck but has the usual issues for something that is 37 years old... mainly anything rubber is cracking and leaking, and grade 8 bolts like snapping their heads off.

The injector pump drips fuel while the engine is running and I'm wondering if anyone here has experience working on these pumps and what might be causing the leak. I don't think its coming from a loose line. I have a feeling it some kind of a seal.

I've checked out the "Steel Soldiers" military vehicle website and got some decent information from there but I know a lot of people here know injector pumps inside and out, so if you've got any ideas where to start I'd really appreciate it.
