just put a down payment on a CTD

signed all the paper work and every thing. going to pick it up next week. dealer has to fix some stuff I about.




came home feeling really happy about my new purchase. then the wife drops the ball.

When my wife was expecting, we lived in SC and it was pretty hot as you imagine. My 1972 Opel Manta didn't have an AC, so she was miserable. So I bought an AC... in the form of a Toyota Corolla with a busted tranny for $350. Rebuilt the tranny and put another 70k miles on it. The kid pretty much grew up in the back seat of that car... he still remembers it, wonders where it is now. Maybe your CTD will be that memorable to your kid!
