Shifting that 6 speed is going to be pain with a baby seat it the way, though.

 

wife has a grand Cherokee.

kid will never be with me on my 1 1/2 hour commute.

When my wife was expecting, we lived in SC and it was pretty hot as you imagine. My 1972 Opel Manta didn't have an AC, so she was miserable. So I bought an AC... in the form of a Toyota Corolla with a busted tranny for $350. Rebuilt the tranny and put another 70k miles on it. The kid pretty much grew up in the back seat of that car... he still remembers it, wonders where it is now. Maybe your CTD will be that memorable to your kid!
