Just Got Tickled on the Ford Site
Just Got Tickled on the Ford Site
Browsing the Ford site, and saw this on a dyno thread:
First truck on rollers was a Dodge Cummins, they just got started and BINGO the dyno software crashed. That'll put a damper on the day... Then after a couple of hours of hanging out they made the announcement, they were moving the event to another shop about an hour north. So we all headed in a long line of black smoke. (those dodge boys can really lay down a trail
)
Really tickled me when I saw the comment about the Dodges. Yes, there was a smiley on it in their thread too. That's word for word.

I just got into it w/ a Dmax off the line at a stoplight. He saw I had a stick, and waxed me out of the hole knowing by the time I got shifted, he was going to be 20 ft in front of me. I didnt even try. Later when we were side by side we got on it, and I clearly out torqued him. Funny thing was, after I quit playing, he hit the gas again, and that thing smoked ALOT! Sure wasnt stock.
Never seen a Dmax smoke like that.
