Juice/superchips stack in 6.0

Hey, my buddy just got the juice with att and is trying to stack it with his superchips in his 04 6.0 psd. We've tried unplugging the juice and everything but the superchips still says vehicle responce incorrect. I have no idea whats wrong with it. Could anyone give me tips or ideas of what to do or try. I don't really have a clue about stacking. Thanks for any help
Eric

The stack should work I would think. Did he have his truck programmed with the micro tuner first and then add the Juice? If he did then it should work fine. If he tried to program after he installed the juice then he would have to unplug the Juice then program and then reinstall the juice. In the midst of doing this he may need to go back to the stock program and then try the sequence again (program and then install the juice). If this tuner was used on another truck then it is VIN locked and won't work on his truck until the original truck is put back to stock then the tuner will release that VIN enabling it to program another truck as long as it is within the same family of VINs the tuner was setup for.

Hope you get it working. If all else fails, call Edge and/or Superchips.

Call Superchips. You'll probably have to send it in and wait 2-3 weeks for it to come back fixed. I have a situation like that with a current customer that has an 04 6.0L. Superchips seems to take forever

haha lol
thanks everyone. yea he has had the superchips for over a year and sent it back to superchips to get upgraded. while it was being upgraded he installed the juice with att. We both are not impressed at all with the juice compared to the superchips, so he wanted to stack it. when it came back in the mail we tried to program the superchips back in after the juice was installed and didn't work, so we un plugged both connectors (juice and attitude monitor) and tried doing the superchips again. still no luck. This was all on saturday so neither place was open. He was going to call today to see whats up. Thanks for the help guys, hopefully he can get this worked out.

I've warned him and warned him. His turbo has been barking like crazy when he had the superchips in it. Maybe if it happens he will see the light and get a cummins...
