I know that this is a diesel forum but my uncle has an 04 Ford F250 gas and wants to know if there is anything he can do to it to improve the power without making the milage worse. In fact he would like to improver both power and milage if possible. If anyone can steer me toward another site that may have some helpful information it would be appreciated.
