How much should I sell it for?

Hey guys, didn't get much of a response in another area of this forum, so I'll post here. I don't want to do it, but my wife wants to sell her truck. 06 6.0 F-250 Superduty, 4X4 SLT crew cab. How much should I ask for it? Thanks

What did KBB say? That's usually a good starting point...

unfortunetly, whatever KBB says is probably the most you could hope to get, the 6.0 & this market will really work against this truck. The market's flooded - how badly do you need to get rid of it...?

I'd put it out for 25k (where you want to start at, right?) and but OBO on it, set a bottom price between you and your wife... don't go below it.

I have found out that detailing the truck really makes it sell better over a dirty one...

It all depends on what you want to do. It is a bad market for a big truck.

I dont believe that KBB and NADA are in line with todays economy. I recently sold a truck and I took a hit. I found that on craigs list people were asking about 4-5k below KBB and NADA. That is right in line with what I ended up losing as well. Oh well if you have time price it for what you think its worth and hold out. I had to sell quick as the new truck was already in the driveway!!!
