HO/SO/California

Does anyone know when the HO will be allowed in California. I have contacted Cummins, Chrysler, Motor Vehecles, Bureau of Auto Repair, Quality Air Board and Auto Dealers, no one can give me an anwser. What I do know is that the HO has to have 7500mi. at the time of purchase or more in order to enter California. What Does one have to do if they want to buy a new HO.!

From what I have read on the net, December 10 you will be able to order the 2004.5 50 state HO in California. Rumored to be 325 HP, 600 ft-lb.

During my search for a diesel truck (still looking) a dealer I went to told me that in January or February of 2004, the High Output would be available for purchase.
