I was at my local tractor dealer today and this month Mahindra launched a new petroleum product line. I was pleasantly surprised to find their 15w40 the old CI formulation we all miss so much from the retail shelves.

I then looked under the jug and sure enough it was stamped "WPP" meaning it's a Warren Distribution product out of Iowa and the same stuff the old Super Tech was from Wal Mart. I think Warren has some great lubes for the money.

Late to the reply here, $12 and change. It's better than paying $18 for DEO at the Cat dealer one of the other places to find the old "good" oil.

Price is not really the point here, it's the rating of the oil itself. It's very hard to find a CI rated oil on the shelves these days. Everything now is CJ, cheap, and available everywhere.

Walmart has Rotella 15-40 here in a 10QT jug for $22.50.

I was being serious. I been working as a deckhand searching for oil for BP.
