Let's try to keep this on topic.

Fuel prices, not politics.

Steady at $2.09 for a couple weeks now at the 2 stations I frequent.

You are right I guess. Use Kerry's plan, say I'm sorry, pull the troops, give the forigners all they want, move the wierdo's into office. Peace, yeah, baby, peace. Evidentally you don't listen to Kerry, just hate bush. Just listen to what Kerry, Kennedy, and Clinton has to say, there are your reasons. Most of the problems you listed predate Bush, many come from Clinton's term distroying office. I just scratched my arm, I think I should get a purple heart, get national recognition, I'm a hero....

Kerry has no plan, no campaign, no way to fix things, just finds more ways every day to bring hate to Bush. Distroying America in the process. Without his wifes money he would not be even in the running. Or should I say the money from her dead husband that hated Kerry. Looks like you may get your way, get Kerry elected for the final distruction of America, the final blow to its character and morals. America needs changes, this is true, Kerry is not that change.
You go hauling, I love to hear the UN-educated liberals, or should we now say progressives, flap there unjustified hatred toward Bush. Everything is his fault. Maybe if there was no MSNBC, CNN, ABC, ect... people might hear and read the truth. If Clinton did his job (instead of getting one from Monica) then we wouldnt be in this situation.

For you personally what good has came out of bush being in office.
Hmmm, my income has gone up about $28k a year, I was finally able to afford to buy a house, and I'm beating job offers back with a stick. No degree, doing the same thing I've been doing for 15 years.

The unions around here are scraping the bottom of the barrel to man jobs. Nobody left in the hall. Some are even issuing casual cards.

Maybe Ohio is just played out......say what you will about California, work is good, and the money is too.

And to stay on topic, I found diesel for 2.07 a gallon today, .16 cheaper than regular.

Diesel in Minnesota is 1.65 to 1.74 which is 25 to 35 cents cheaper than standard gas.

$2.399 last night at the cheapest I could find. 32.1 gallons, $77.01. The pump automatically stops at $50. Have to insert credit card and start over to fill up.
$2.499 down the street at Shell.

THANK YOU GWB! I will have my tin cup begging for a handout at the White House.

Gee it seems to be a dammed if you do and dammed if you dont for ol' GW. One minute everyone is complaining that the only reason we are over in Iraq is for the oil. Then the next complaint is our fuel prices are to high. You mean now you want to take oil from poor Iraq? Man I would hate to be the president. Cant make anyone happy. Yea my fuel prices are sky high here too but I am doing my BEST not to drive more than I absolutely have to. Seems to be the only way I can show that I dont approve of high fuel costs.

Alabama has one of the higher fuel tax rates yet the price just went over 1.60 a gallon. I bought a tank in Georgia for 1.53 tonight. Doubt that Bush has much to do with the states ripping off the citizens. Maybe you should be complaining about your Governors. Last I heard, it all comes off the same pipeline east of the big muddy. Kerry was pushing a bill to add 50 cents tax to a gallon of fuel, guess that don't count, he could not get it passed with the
Elephants in control. Give him a chance and we will have rationing. Against most recommendations recently I made the decision to stay with my 12 mpg + instead of going to a big truck and getting 6 or 7 on a good day.

Interesting observation, the big trucks are slowing down a lot to save fuel.

You've got it easy!!

I live in the UK, Diesel and Unleaded is approx. $7.50 gallon and it's not as good as your fuel. I think there is going to be another fuel strike in the UK, all Heavy Goods Dirvers will just stop on the highways and bring the country to a standstill again.
