Talking Fuel mileage problem solved

Told my wife I was going to bring her one of these home and put a 2 cylinder john deer lawnmower diesel in it. They sound like the have a kohler gas lawnmower engine in them now. That will fix her gas mileage problem

Well, I do the 'puters for a company that sells those buggers and they already are diesels- they'll run aout 28 mph stock and you don't need a drivers license- then there are the quick ones that will do about 50-60 mph (also diesel) and they are fun to drive- if you consider driving a vehicle with 800 pounds nd 13 hp and a CVT tranny as fun. Worst thing is the cold start in the morning- you really think they'll break apart. There are even trucks and pickups.

Wrong-- either yourself or some OTHER driver will get you killed on US highways.

Most users have lost their drivers license for DWI or the like. So they need the license free version. They are not allowed to go on the highways and freeways.

All kidding aside, what ARE they? Who makes them?
They LOOK small enough to stick in the bed of the truck!

They are like cars, but in Holland they drive them on the bike paths and the sidewalks. I have no idea who makes them, but they are everywhere in Amsterdam. I found this one parked and could resist getting a picture. They also have something called a smart car people are driving over there on the roads.
