Oh, now I understand, They are In Amsterdam.

Thats so all you smokers (bloodshot eyes) and drinkers out there can enjoy amsterdam then go cruise to your hotel mowing down people on the sidewalks!

Yep thats about the size of it. I enjoyed my stay but you got to watch out or these things and the bikes will run you down no matter where you walk.
