Fuel fill question.

I dont have any of the big rig truck stops close to where I live. Camping season is starting for me in two weeks and I will be travelling extensively. My question is this. Will the large nozzles at the truck stops fit into the fill neck of my truck, or do I have to fill up with the "normal" size nozzles? It wasn't a problem with my former truck, as the large nozzles fit into the fill neck.TIA

I've used the larger nozzles with no problems. Took a bit to work it back out, but it went in easy. Filled to truck up in about 2 minutes. I top off though, so the time saved was moot.

I have an 04 and they fit in mine, I would think they would be the same on yours as well. Does not take as long to fill up either.

One thing I have read here though is to be careful with those high flow nozzles (they do fit in our filler necks). I have read of several instances where the high flow nozzles have damaged the fuel level sensor. Just something to be wary of.

EDIT :

After some searching, some people have damaged the sending unit in the tank from running the big rig pump at full force, while others have not. Seems hit or miss. But like I said before, just something to be aware of.

FYI - Fuel pump flow rates :

Regular pump (gasoline, diesel small nozzle) ~11 GPM
Big rig pump (Big nozzle) ~ 60GPM
