mabe its just poor audio, but whats up with the HARD injector knock?... is it that loud in person?

it does sound harsh but its just the audio. I looked at 1 a week ago just for kicks and it doesnt sound like that. According to the ford guy it was just the flash card programming causing the flames and it was an easy fix. My ? was So how did they extensively test this thing before releasing it and not notice that?
