Yesterday I was watching the television when my phone rang. I answered it and it was a guy from Gale Banks Engineering! not going to say who but he is pretty high up. I had called a month ago and left a message, so i first thought that he was a little late on returning my phone call. He had asked if i had still been looking into the product (which was the monster exhaust) and i said, no. And with a attitude asked if i had already got something, i replied yes. he said with his attitude again, OK, and hung up!!! I thought to myself you just loss a future customer and i will never deal with you !@!#@!!@#! again. i give them 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN!!
