I am just looking out for all the DTR memebers. i was shopping around online for some pricol gauges and i stumbled across this company. They had awesome prices so i called, and the guy i spoke to said that the gauges i was ordering would come with eveything needed for complete installation i.e. ( sending unit, thermocouple, tubing kit, etc). Well i got the package and there was nothing but gauges. Just the gauges not to include all the stuff that is suppose to come with it. Not to mention there was a gauge missing (egt). I orderd an electrical fuel pressure gauge and recieved a mechanical. They were suppose to credit me back for the egt gauge a week ago and they haven't and now they are not returning my phone calls. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so be careful who you are ordering from.

Scumbags. It's not just companies though. I think I may have gotten screwed again buying stuff from a private party online. I bought a used CAT from a member of another site a couple weeks ago and I have yet to recieve it. The guy claims he shipped it way back then but it should have been here within 4 days max from Texas. It's not a lot of money but just the feeling of having someone take advantage of you with not much recourse. It just stinks!
The parts that are not so bad in this transaction are that the guy is in the Army in Texas and if I dug deep enough I'm sure I could find him and/or his commanding officer and get him in trouble, and I paid with PayPal so I may have some recourse there.
It may still arrive and all this worry will be for nothing. One day I will learn my lesson and just quit looking at the internet classifieds on these boards. I'm just such a Ho for a great deal.......

If you paid with a credit card then file a claim with them. they will usually take your side and it will be up to the vendor to prove he sent the correct stuff......

I spoke too soon. My part arrived today finally. If the guy would have responded to my messages and told me he had shipped it via slow mail then I would not have been so worried...
