CTD into a 86' F-350

Have the engine with no flywheel. Want to install into A86 F-350 that has a 351 gasser with a four speed tranny and 4 wheel drive. What should i do to the truck to make it work. The goal in mind is to get somewhere about 5-600 HP out of the motor and want to build the truck to suit. What do I need to do?

www.cummins-conversion.com is a good source for info w/o the product-to-sell perspective.
