Not to mention that Ford used coils and a solid axle back in the 60's and 70's, while dodge was using leafs. Not in the 3/4 or 1-tons mind you, but nonetheless. Its nothing new.

Ford is being sued in over 70 class action lawsuits because of the 6.0 and DC isn't at all... YOU decide.

the funny part is you may be tired of answering the same question time after time but yet you keep anwsering it

I have a 05 powerstroke and a 06 cummins both 1 tons.(Ford single rear wheel with auto) My ford gets about 18 on the highway and my dodge about 14.5 But the Dodge gets better milage then the ford pulling. Both trucks are chiped and neither has been in the shop for any work. The cummins pulls so much better can't even describe If you are in a dodge -20 mph add 150 exhaust temp that is what it is like to pull with a Ford. My dodge is used hard all the time pulling big loads and has been flawless. I have pulled a few big loads with the Ford and it really struggles and I don't think it could take continous heavy work. All I know is I will not own a 6.0 when the warranty runs out!!!!!!!!!

When we moved up here to the Pacific NW in the early 90s it seemed to be pretty much Ford country, especially outside of bigger cities. Now one sees more GMs but a LOT of Dodges, and one sees more Dodges all the time. I know I've helped to sell four of them :^)

A brother said that the Dodge with a Cummins is kind of the state truck in Alaska.

I didn't know there were any Fords with the 6.0h-No engine running long enough
to qualify as a "Long-Term Test".

90% of all Fords ever built are still on the road.
The other 10% actually made it all the way home
.

Well, I don't want to be rude . I was just warning him of what was coming. I just think it's funny that people think they are going to get an un-biased opinion about fords on a dodge site.
