A big thanks to High Tech Turbos (HTT)
Recently, I was concerned that the bearings in my turbo were wearing. I found some turbo shaft play while I was doing my routine inspections, so I decided to send it in. (I'm sure that this was no fault of my own...
) They guys at HTT provided me with some great customer service, and gave me a great turn around, I think that they shipped the turbo out the same day they received it.
I dealt with Dave primarily, I will ask for him every time. My turbo arrived in such great shape, I almost thought that they just sent me a new one.
Hats off to HTT. Great customer service is hard to find in this day and time, and they have great service. Before you go and say, "Oh, they hooked you up because you're a DTR admin..." I never said a word to them about that. I was just an average Joe... I even talked like a Marine so they would assume I was mentally handicapped...

I've been using HTT for over 15 years, sometimes just for great advice.
If you need turbo work or upgrades they can't be beat and will give you all the options according to how much you want to spend.
Every time I've sent in a turbo for work it has been back in at most six working days even if it involves machining.

Good Info.
Mad, thanks for the great info. sometimes I think that there is not any good comments for companies out there anymore with profit margins so small most companies sell the product and forget the service to follow. Its nice to here some companies offering good products and the service to backing it up.
You talked marine to them, huh?
I must be twice as unlucky LOL cause I was a poor dirt farmer that joined the Corps. I must sound really dumb. But back to topic thanks for the good info. When I look to replace or upgrade will give them the first shot..

Wow Mark,
That looks perfect for your Christmas Card.

No. you don't look like no Marine.
I had an uncle Stan back in the 60's stationed at Camp Pendleton, he used to smash metal beer cans against his forehead, he talked like a Marine.. and sounded like Stallone.
How does a DI yell and not loose his voice?

Hey, buddy.
I can't see the pic at work, I'll have to jump in it when I get home. I assume you're kidding when you say I don't look like a Marine...
You do loose your voice, but you just keep screaming. You figure it out. They condition us before we get put out with the recruits for three months in DI school.
