4bt twins

does anyone out there know what to use for twins on a 4bt? my brother and I want to put a 4bt in something like a blazer or 1/2 ton truck and would like to get some good power out of it.
would an hx-35 or a hybrid be about right?? I have no idea. i can go through my turbocharging book and do all the math and go through compressor maps and pick the right one but it'd be a lot easier if someone just told me!
I suppose I can start asking the different shops advertised on here, i'm sure i wouldn't be the first guy to ask them something like that.

thanks in advance.

I'm interested in finding a 4bt too. What are cheap ways for good power and torque?

from the little i know about them the pump and mods are the same as the 2nd gen 12v. so good air filter, exhaust and a turbo or two to go with the increase in fuel.

anyone know of anyone that's running twins? i've searched a few times and can only find references to installs that they've seen.

I don't think twins would be needed on a BOMBed 4BT...an HY35 would probably be the trick, or maybe send it to Piers or HTT and let them do some tricks on it.

But, twins would be soooo coooooollll!! I think the 4BT I've seen have HX30's stock, so match that to an HX50 or so and

of course they wouldn't be NEEDED! it's more just for the fun factor and "OOOH" factor. and my bro could beat down the ricers and get the same mileage(or better) than most of them!

btw, thanks for the info about them coming with HX30's, did not know that, and that answers my question about whether a 35 would work or not.

we found a pretty clean 60 Ford f100 short bed that looks like an excellent candidate. the front frame rails are perfectly straight, it would be SOOOO easy and it's a sweet looking truck!
