Turbo's, exhaust back pressure sensors-(for engines without recall performed), egr valves, reverse snap ring in tranny, head gaskets, bed plate oil leaks, wiring harness chaffing issues, it goes on and on.
I had an 03 6.0 that I traded for the truck in my sig. personally I would stay clear from that truck, especially with that mileage on it.

Don't forget the injectors that they drop like it's their job. International increased the pilot injection events to compete with the NVH levels of the duramax but didn't change the injectors design to deal with the new duty cycle. Way to cut corners.
From my experience of working at a ford dealership and being friends with diesel tech's the earlier models of 6.0ltrs are just horrendous. They love the vehicles because they know they have some of the best job security of anyone at the dealership. Its very hard to find a GOOD 6.0ltr tech and keep one.

if you really need a ford diesel, 99.5 - 03 7.3l engines are the go-to guys of the bunch. Forged internals, and for sure the last of the run of "good" engines. Still had injector problems, and the occasional bent pushrod, and let us not forget the odd blown turbo, and endless HPOP failures. But still better than anything since.
But yes, the injectors and injection system have more than thier share of trouble. I would steer clear of this truck - even if it's inexpensive.
