Thanksgiving, fried turkey, waste peanut oil
Every year I discard 5 gallons of peanut oil after frying several turkeys. It won't keep 'til next Thanksgiving and I don't need it in between. Is there anyway I can strain this stuff and make it usable in the fuel tank of my chariot? I'm in Georgia and it will be several weeks before it's cold enough to congeal the oil.

You could make biodiesel out of it using this kitchen-based method...

I would say let it sit 2 weeks to seperate the solids & water. The filter all the good stuff on top (- the solids & water) to min 5 microns. Mix with 50% max (min 25%) diesel & put into tank. I've never had a problem with 50/50 & I live in Wisconsin!
