DTR Thanksgiving Breakroom (The Dragon is cooking the turkey) 11.22.09-11.28.09
Even...Err Morning DTR. Starting up the new one. Got fresh coffee, tea, sweet tea, and ph00. The donuts went on a strike, so they won't be showing up till their labor dispute gets resolved.
Loaded 7 loads of corn today in my friends semi, about 8000 bushle. Went to a party with the wife tonight another friend of ours was hosting. Had a couple brews, enough to make me tired. Back home now and ready for some shut eye.
Blake good luck on the surgery! Hope all goes well for you! I think you're making a good move by doing it, keeping your health good and for your family.
See you all in the AM

Morning Everyone,
Rainy over here but its finally cold. Well cold by southern standards, in the high 40's.
Wife already has the tree up. Watching Aiden and Banjo play in front of it. I sure am in the Christmas spirit early this year. It usually hits me around February...
I just love this time of year!
Thanks for the coffee Matt. Its good. Have to start on decaf tomorrow, no caffeine for two weeks before the surgery....

Congrats and good luck Blake. I know how you feel being big like that. I'm 6'2" and usually push 285 or so. Perfectly healthy just big. I tell Mama that I'm warmth in the winter and shade in the summer..... Still I try to get a bit off here and there. I'm hitting the gym again. Been going in with a guy from work. With his motivation, I can now just barley make it up mu stairs to the living room. Stupid squats........
Not everyone, I am at work, so I will be in and out. Good on you Blake, the right decisions are always the hardest, but you knew that. You will be glad you did it. You might be surprised on how much weight one could lose just walking a dog? I will keep you in the prayer loop. Can I have all you beer?

Im in love with my Mac. It kills me to get on the wifes PC now. I cant say enough good things about it.
My bud has an HP notebook that is about 6 or 7 years old that we just wiped out and are experimenting with Ubuntu on. Quite a different challenge making all the drivers work and such. Right now the wireless driver install is kicking my butt, not used to command line programming, but Im getting it....
It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!

Morning all from another fine day in Paradise. Bright and sunny here again, but seasonable cool at 14 degrees C (that's 57 F for you "Merkuns). Should hit about 27 by noon.
Nothing new down here. Going to see if I can find a desk under the mess in front of me and clean it up. Well, maybe after another

Thats pretty much how I feel. Ive tried different diets and exerciseing, jogging and such but I only manage to get 30 to 40 pounds off and it sneaks back up on me. The smallest Ive been in the last 10 years was 270 and that was after 10 weeks of the police academy.
Thanks Tim, I appreciate all the support. Matter of fact Ive got a 12 pack of Bud Light in the fridge with you name on it.

CLAUDEWell Ive heard that Windows 7 was doing well and I wanted to upgrade. Glad I did, OS X is the best Windows upgrade Ive ever made

Ubuntu does look promising. Its just to get back into the technical part of the programming that I haven't seen in so long.
Good decision Blake! Thanks for sharing, and we have your best interests solid!! got to do the tone exercises to keep pace with the fat cell loss. little nerve thingys happen otherwise...

I currently use quite a few google applications, but the problem is, you have to have gears installed so everything is available offline. Online apps dont do a lot of good when your in a plane without internet access....
that was my thinking ! makes me wonder what they have in store for mobile broad band > would suggest that they may be on the verge of breakthrough and much better mobile coverage <

Chrome is going to be interesting.
