Told my Gf to put power service Deisel Kleen in the tank today at fill up. For some reason she bought sta-bil. Put about 4 0z in. Is this going to harm anything? Tank was empty. So she filled it with 20 + gallons.

 

I don't see 4 ounces hurting anything. Dump some PS in there for good measure anyway.

 

sta-bil is ok for use in diesels too. they have it listed on the bottle, i cant remember the proper amount. we leave it in our tractor over the winter while its sitting.....

 

Thanks. I freaked out when she told me on the phone. Looked at the label when I got home and it does say it can be used in diesel. Note to self: Fuel it up yourself next time.
