FYI, we don't get GAS mileage but we do get fuel mileage from a diesel engine Right now with winter fuel and cold temps I get between 14.5-16 mpg combo driving 75% hwy 30% city. Last summer I would get between 18.5 and 20.5 mpg on the Hwy empty and about 15.5 in town.

Are y'all hand calculating or using the over head?

I don't think it's physically possible to get 25 mpg with a 7500lbs truck. Unless your coasting down hill. A very LONG hill.

I'm averaging right at 15.9 (hand calculated) right now driving about 75% highway.

I am getting 18.5 - 19.2 hand calculated (and kept in a spread sheet) with 80/20 highway/city with my truck in sig. Some people are getting better than that with different boxes and programmers.

I've averaged 15 city and 19 highway hand calculated through 3 tanks of fuel now. I just did put the new tranny and fuel system in and the truck drives like a completely different truck. So far i've gone 140 miles and the gauge hasn't even moved.
