on another note, noticed you are in Hemet. Doesn't Bill Murray live there? Ever see him around?

I'm holding off on buying fuel at the moment. The energy commodities market is dropping like a rock.

Nice, very nice. Burn baby burn.

Although I hope it doesn't crash our economy around here in the Houston area.

nah, we'll still be needing lots of fuel, and most experts think a MAJOR correction would land oil at $65-$80/barrel. but the investment bankers may have to settle for a smaller yacht for next year's boating season.

The usual station was up to $4.739. Another place I've used before was $4.699.

Yippee! I saved a whopping 4 cents per on 32 gallons!

Didn't get quite all the way up into the spout but paid $148 for 31.694 (or.964 - ticket is out in the truck).

Ooooh is it one of those big late 70's Caprice?

A '78 Olds 98 was a pretty fast car that got 20+ on the highway!

I won't need to fill up again before Monday earliest....

LOL, Nope, 94 LT1 9C1.

Faster than any late 70's and with just a wee bit of restraint, 22-23 MPG Hwy, 17-18 city.

here in Hemet we have stations that have not changed prices in 3 weeks... Then some go from 5.25 down to 5.09 and all in between. Makes no sense. I saw it as high as 5.45 in town..... Block away 4.95
