I read where the big 3 are pushing for a European style of gas tax so that the fuel efficient vehicles will be more appealing to buyers down the road.

Their fear is that with gas prices as they are now, no one will want to buy the fuel efficient cars when they come out down the road.

Unbelievable!!! They swallow down tax payers dollars, then have the nerve to push for higher fuel taxes!!

I don't know about anyone else but if this comes to pass it will be hard to ever look at buying another American car again.

These people are idiots!!!

Start writing your reps. now folks, higher taxes won't put the wheels back on the cluster wagon.
