Here is one way around it!

I was browsing the net after seeing oil headed for a new high and found this site! It will probably take about 1-2mil to set up but it will make that back in profit the first year. It looks a lot more complicated than my setup but for }}}132gph{{{ Yes!!! 132GPH!! it is worth looking into!
I ran the numbers through the old calculator and it looks to me at minimum production it will pump out 1,056,720 gallons per year after it has used 10% to run itself. That is about $2,641,800 per year gross and operating costs are $528,360.
That is with 4 employees!
I think I am going to go run those #'s again .... Or maybe take a cold shower!

no!
That is just cost of production... as best as I can figure.
Add .40-.60 to that unless I sell it to the state of local city. But if prices go to $3 it will still be the figures I showed above.
Going to take another cold one.

I've been to a few CE-Cert research symposiums where things like this have been discussed in detail.

Of course, all I was doing was selling the dudes pollution monitors, so it all went over my head. I still might be able to find a few expert contacts on the matter if you need anything, though. As far as I know they're on the cutting edge of this stuff.

I like the idea of having my own biodiesel plant.

Oilguy, do you have any informations about purchasing costs for such a plant?
I checked local production costs of one liter diesel, thats around 51 €-cent which is about 60 US-cent. 2.40 $ a gallon before taxes.

20 cent/liter would be just great

I like the look of this deal. The parts are ALL readily available, not sure how much sucess people have getting the required chemicals in different parts of te world.

From what I gather it will cost about 4 mil US to set it up and get trained... Pretty much everything to get it running.
I am calculating $.91 per Gallon
3.785L = 1 Gallon
.20 euro = $.24 (spread sheet shows .17 euros per litre)
$.24 x 3.785 =$.9084 Per Gallon
Plant will produce minimum of 3170 gallons per day
So,,,
$7926 per DAY gross @ $2.50 per gallon
$2853 Cost (Financing cost/ Operating Cost/employees/blah/blah/blah)
$5073 Per Day Profit!

They figured everything on a 24 day month and that puts it to roughly 120K per month Profit

They emailed me a spreadsheet that is 3 pages long of EVERYTHING that is included.
They are telling me that you can get a Gov subsidy or grant to help out but I think that will put a bullseye on your A.. and you will be an environmental target.

I guess making $1,461,030 per year with an area that is 40"x18"x31" might be worth the risk!

#'s might be wrong... I am not that smart... but I hold my own... Do you own math and let me know if I screwed up somewhere.

Disclaimer:
I am not affiliated with this company and do not even know much about them... I am not Micheal Verrall and I am not trying to sell these processors. Simply thinking out loud and looking for the downside (besides the 4Mil to start it)
