Heating times and temps

For those making their own Bio, if you would, please tell me your heating times, temps, size of your processor, and wattage of your heating elements.

I am in the final steps of designing my system, and would like to get some real world numbers to help me decide on final designs for heating.

Thanks in advance for any input.

I have an 80gal heater with a single 120v 2000w element in it. It takes a few hours to heat all the oil. There are two elements but you heed to be very careful of using the top one without enough fluid to completely cover it.

Are your heating elements going to be inside the container or isolated away from the wvo by mounting underneath? If the latter, I'd go 1800-2000 for 40 gallons. Otherwise, you could get away with 1300 on a 40 gallon internal setup.

I like the outside setup for fire safety.

Going to put them internal, since I am building my own processor, they will be near the bottom of the tank.
