He means DSE, DieselSecret......... Basically add their snake oil to vegetable oil.

Check out some of the long term effects people have reported on their Injectors.

the people who tell you hoax have never tried it. I will bet money on that. Anything that goes against the norm is snake oil. I have used it for many miles. Aguy on TDR has used it in a 3rd gen for many many miles he has a huge tread about it. the only thing that might be considered snake oil is thier additive. I leave it out any more and just use power service in its place. But basically dont knock it until you have tried it.

If you use it, plan on selling your truck after about 20,000 miles from now. Snake oil, run away don't walk.

brian, if you want an alternative that has proven to be safe when made correctly, just make biodiesel.

These vehicles aren't gassers, and they ain't cheap to repair, getting worse as you get newer, so let others, such as roper above be the guinea pigs. When they can document several hundred thousand trouble free miles, I might relent on my snake oil comments, until then, Caveat Emptor.

LIKE I SAID! IF YOU HAVE NT TRIED IT DONT KNOCK IT. For you that did not read correctly, someone on another site i listed above has been running it in a 3rd gen for long time. He has pulled injectors had testing done. YOU MIGHT WANT TO READIT. Especially since b20 is the only thing that has the approval of manufacturers. If you are making you own, I dont you are wasting your time making b20. But hey you might be.

And like I said, there isn't any way in the WORLD I am putting that stuff in my truck.

That being said, like I posted, come back and show me hundreds of thousands of miles of trouble free operation, and I might just reconsider. What we do know is they use WVO and add the "secret" to make it hunky dory. Sorry, the Engineer in me says BS. I can show you multiple people who run WVO, some, running old technology like MB W123 series engines, have many, many thousands of miles, while others have spent some serious money replacing Injectors due to coking.

In the end, I have said my piece, you have said yours, and Brian or others can either try it or not, like I said, Caveat Emptor.

Fair enough?

I am not going to list it here. If you are an engineer you are smart enough to go to the site i listed and read it for yourself. That is the many of thousands of miles he has put on three trucks with it, it even has pretty pictures of testing with a hydrometer and stuff. Like I said I dont use the secret potion which is just an antigel. the process works though. The filtering system adding all the stuff.
