Jumper .40 cents in 1 day in south eastern Michigan. That is gonna hurt when time to fill up

$3.09 per gallon as of now.

 

It's been $3.15 gal here for the past couple of weeks.

 

I'm so sick of the crap with fuel prices! 11 days ago I paid $2.99, this morning $3.29, and @ lunch today I saw $3.59.

 

Went from 2.87 to 3.35 overnight in Boulder, CO. Instead of being cheaper than mid grade gas, it's way more expensive than premium. No sense.

 

paid 3.06 yesterday and this afternoon saw it 3.44!!

 

Just paid $2.89 in Vegas, just down the street from Nellis AFB. Place is usually cheaper than others in the area. Cheap enough that big rigs drop their trailers and pull into the corner store to fill up...

Yeah I saw it at $3.49 here in B'ham. I was wonderin the same thing, the price of diesel does not seem to change in price with gasoline. Last time the fuel prices jumped diesel was cheaper than regular gas and now it is more than premium.

I feel sorry for you guys, (But I would trade the ranger in a heartbeat)

Glad I read this. I went out and filled for $2.75 at the king soopers after a $.10 discount they offer. I'll be curious what the price is in the AM.

 

I just don't get why the price jumped so much this time, and now, since the last hurricane was much less potent than expected, and only 1 or 2 refineries had any problems, and the barrel of oil has gone down in the market. I just don't know what I missed, except the price gouging of the oil companies.

I've checked the web but can't find why the price increse? Any Ideas? It hasn't hit Southern Colorado (Colorado Springs) "YET" but I'm sure it will.
