Hello all! I would like your input!

Hello Diesel Truck Resource forum!

I would like to use this post as a way to introduce my website and hopefully become a regular presence here. Filtersformycar.com is a new venture for me and the site launched in December of last year. I would like to continue to grow the site and cater to the diesel market, as it's a very important part of the industry that sometimes gets overlooked by other filtration vendors.

I am looking to expand my filtration website into carrying air filters, oil filters, and fuel filters for light and heavy duty diesel trucks. Currently I have a limited inventory listed of diesel related products, but I am in the process building a new product sheet and will be uploading the following filtration products:

Air Filter, Oil Filters, and Fuel Filter sets for:

Dodge 6.7L
Ford 6.0L/6.4L/6.7L/7.3L
Chevy/GMC 6.6L

I believe in the value of buying in bulk as many use their diesel trucks for their small businesses and need to make the most of their maintenance dollars. I intend on making packages of 6/12 oil filters and fuel filters, as well as combo kits of all three filters.

What do you all think? Is there something filtration wise you'd like to see but haven't found yet from any vendor?

Hope to get some feedback!

Thanks,

Alex

Alex,
Welcome to the DTR!

I would say that providing the filters the come stock for our trucks as well as the common modified filters (Air Dog and FASS type filters) would be awesome.

Something I've been wanting to do for a while, but is on my back burner... I've been wanting to do a remote oil filter setup. Ever thought about doing one of those?

Hey Mad,

Thanks for the response.

Ok, to address your two topics:

The filters that come stock. You're referring to something such as Motorcraft filters for a Ford truck, correct?

As far as the remote oil filter setup, you would be looking to purchase the mount, correct?

Thanks!

Well... maybe more like mopar for a dodge, or fleetguard. Saying the F word around here is ...

I'm a tad busy at the moment, but if I can get a few extra minutes in the next few days, I'll try to help you out.
