Won't start

I just finished a 2003 cummins in to a 2001 Ford. I used all Destroked parts, including the wiring harness. The engine ran when I took it out of the Dodge four months ago. Now that is time to start it. The dang thing won't start. It cranks and will run for a while on starter fluid. Any suggestions would be great.

I'm using the Dodge ECM with Ford PCM. Levi at Destroked did the wire harness.
Thanks for the question.

I don't know if you got a way to view data-but theres a few things i would check-Make sure you got good Crank and cam Sensor signals, and verify throttle position sensor, make sure its not reading 100% with blade closed. If all that checks out good, sounds to me you have a fuel delivery issue,or alot of air in your lines still
