V10 to cummins swap... questions-

I am finishing gathering parts to swap my 12V into a V10 truck and wanted to know if the power steering lines were the same. I also wanted to know if I can make use of the drive shaft (my truck was a 2WD 5speed and the V10 is an auto) or will I need to have one made up. I have not seen the V10 truck in person yet and just wanted to be ready when I make the change. I am always grateful for the advice I get here- Thanks

I'm going to say the PS lines will be different and you will need a new or modified DS. The auto will be a longer trans so you will most likely need to lengthen the DS.

Post pics of the swap as you progress!

we are in the middle of putting 93 5.9 into a 95 v-10. trans stays put but you will probably need to change the governor weights in the trans if you have a 47rh, not sure what you need to do if you have an re. Please use diesel ecm and cluster for the easiest way for your cluster to work.
