1st. Gen Extended/Mega Crewcab

I need ya'll's help! i saw a post on here a long time ago, i searched and can't find it!! Someone on here took a crew cab and grafted the back of an extended cab onto the crew. Does any one know this guy or how can i find it on this forum? Me and a friend are going to do the same thing to his 74 crew. If it turns out good i just might do the same thing to mine You can respond on here or send me a private PM...Thanks Guys...Augie

YEA! That's The One YOU GUYS ROCK!! I knew someone would know where to find it. Thanks alwaysworking!....Also, Ken we just bought another 91 d250 ext. cab and the cab is in good shape from what we can see. I merely suggested this to Phil and he called me the other day and cussed me out for putting the idea there in his head!!! GO FIGURE He said he couldn't sleep all night thinking about it...Augie

It doesn't look all of that difficult because you have the inner roof panel seam joint as a top inner reference and the floor seam as the bottom reference. Then you have two reference seams in the upper inner rear door openings as the roof cut starting reference point. What looks like a pile of work is using a spotweld cutter to properly remove the inner roof panels to copper dolly weld the new outer roof seam. I have been looking to find a good club cab locally but here in SW PA the rust free ones are pretty much extinct. It looks like a club cab properly sliced can provide many sheet metal repair panels for a crew cab.

These are awesome conversions! Love those!

But because I have a newer body style dodge, the 2nd gen quad cab. I have been dreaming for stretch like the one I saw in these galleries long time ago.

It was a quad cab but they have been welded another quad cab door in to the original to the door was two times longer.
It looked like a 2 door mafia style cab.... haha. It was awesome. Do you guys have pics of those? Sorry, I'm not trying to hi jack the htread by no means.
