My F750 super crewzer build thread

I started with an 03 f750 with air brakes and a 6 speed. It has a cummins and had a 20' box on the back.

I didn't take a pic when I first got the truck so I'm using street legal's pic of his. Mine looked identical to this:

First I got the cab off and put both the crew cab and regular cab side by side to transfer parts. I bought the crew cab and it was brand new still on the crate from Ford.....never mounted to a truck. The guy said he bought it 8 years ago and just never did use it.

Now the work begins. I had to cut off the front structure of the crew cab to prep for the flip nose of the f-750. I could've clipped the cab and it woulda been a lot easier, but I decided to just change out the firewall since it is different and cut off the front structure

Now time to change the firewall out. Here are the tools I used to do that. A spot weld cutter from harbor freight and an air chisel.
