Here we go again. I cant stand having an automatic! A truck should have a manual tranny, imo. the truck is fine when your just cruising but when you're hauling hay you need manual control. I've got a line on a ZF 5 speed and xfer case so I'm thinking of ditching my 4R100 and associated Destroked parts and installing the 5 speed with more Destroked parts

I'll have all the parts listed in the classified section. Please pass along to all your friends thnking of swapping into a 99-05 ford

I'm using PCS controller and it is amazing what it can do but i still like having the control to decide when to shift. You just cant program that many parameters into the pcs.

Well guys my current truck is up for sale and I am debating on a 12v or 24v for my 97 F-250 conversion. What are the advantages or disadvantages of both and which one is cheaper to do. I know HP can be made with both. Which are more reliable and better for a 600hp daily driver. I am assuming a 3rd gen 24v would be more $$ since the electronics and all. So should I be leaning towards the 12v conversion. Any inof will help. Thanks guys

Anyone need conversion parts? I am going back to a NV4500 for my Fummins. I have the adapter plate, flex plate and PCS controller listed in the classified section. Check it out under the clean up section
