I picked up my last parts truck a couple days ago. I have 4 trucks now for the swap, I hope that I can finally get it done!
I'm not a member there but was able to read along, looks top notch so far!

Put about 600km on it so far but really didn't like the way it steered. So time for crossover steering and dual stabilizers!

Who's X-over stuff did you use? Did you have to change out the PS gear box to a 2wd one?

Used northwest fab stuff, with the skyjacker pitman I had just had to turn it 90*. Used the same box but removed the bracket and installed it in the 2wd holes then shortened my borgeson shaft.

No not yet, that's the only thing I have left to do. Was planning on taking it somewhere and having it done but never seem to have time. May attempt it this winter

That sure is a nice build. Ill post my Ramcharger R/T 440 sixpack build on here. I know its no cummins, but the sixpack make cummins torque.

Where is the link? The 440 6 is strong, my 493 6 rocks, but it is not nearly as torquey as a Cummins.

I really like it, it's quiet, drives nice, rides nice and gets great fuel mileage compared to my new one.

Things I would do different are:
Bigger turbo
Crossover steering right off the bat
Headlight relays while building
Maybe 4.11 gears instead of the 3.54's

What turbo would you use and which one are you using now?

Not sure what I would use, never gave it much thought. I have a hx 35 with 12cm2 housing on now.

Where did you get your rear bumper from? Did you have to buy brackets also?
