12 valve in 03 common rail

12 valve in 03 common rail
I've hit a snag in my swap i put a 97 12 valve in a 03 one ton that had a common rail in it.I kept the computer used the tone ringfor tach,charging and a/c.my problem is i dont get anything meaning lights of anykind,ignition or northing. I have a plug coming out of the left front fender that is hot power wise but i dont have a clue where it goes. Please give me some help. Thanks in advance.
