Lost reverse? Sounds like me! Mine was in the OD section. One clutch pack with 9 clutches in it. If you need a hand let me know.

Thanks for the offer Josh. Andy told me that you had more than a little experience with the inside of trannies Dave said it was a pretty straightforward job and he'd walk me through it over the phone. I did get the valvebody that you can lockup in all forward gears this time, that'll be nice for slowing down while towing

BTW, Andy only beat me by 5 feet last Sunday

I'm the only diesel in the area that gets down to 6200 or 6500. All the lighter classes are gassers with a lot of suitcase weights. But I'm done pulling that light because the rules are so vague that I went from the street legal class to the stock class without changing a thing. If there is a 6500 stock class I'll be all over that!

I recently hung 1400 lbs off the front for the 8,000 class and had a nice smooth pull. I think most of that was that I did it in 1st 4HI. The reason it bounced in 4LO was because of the slipping 3rd gear, once we get the tranny back together tomorrow night we'll be able to test it out.. planning on pulling down in Le Seuer or up in Alexandria...
